Hold STER, Unlock Permanent Discounts
The STER Discount Club is a deposit-based program for the Sterling Design Marketplace. You hold STER, we verify your deposit, and your account permanently unlocks automatic discounts on eligible products while you remain a member. Your STER is a refundable deposit, not a membership fee.
Membership is based on the amount of STER you deposit with the marketplace. We hold your STER in a designated wallet, assign you to a discount tier, and our system automatically applies the correct discount to your orders whenever you are logged in.
In practice
- You choose a STER tier and send a deposit.
- We verify your deposit on-chain.
- We assign your customer account to the matching discount tier.
- Your discount applies automatically at checkout.
- You can request your STER back if you choose to leave.
Important
You do not pay with STER at checkout. You keep your deposit, and you pay for orders using the normal payment methods supported by the marketplace.
Each tier is unlocked by a refundable STER deposit. While you hold that tier, your account receives the corresponding discount on eligible products.
Final STER amounts and discount percentages may be adjusted before public launch. Each account can be assigned to one tier at a time.
To join the STER Discount Club, you send a STER deposit to the official marketplace wallet. Once we verify your deposit, your discount tier is activated on your customer account.

Deposit instructions
- Choose your desired tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum if applicable).
- From your personal crypto wallet, send the required amount of STER to the deposit wallet address above.
- After sending, keep your transaction hash or a screenshot for your records.
- Create or log into your Sterling Design Marketplace customer account using the email you intend to shop with.
- Notify support (or submit the STER Discount Club form) with your email and transaction details so we can verify.
We never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys. You only send STER from your own wallet to the official deposit address above.
After you submit your deposit, we perform a manual on-chain verification and connect your STER deposit to your customer account.
What we do on our side
- Confirm that your STER deposit has arrived at the designated marketplace wallet.
- Verify the amount and assign the matching STER Discount tier.
- Link the tier to your customer account email inside the marketplace system.
- Activate your discount so it appears automatically when you are logged in.
What you will see
- An email confirming your STER deposit has been verified.
- Your active STER Discount tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.).
- Adjusted pricing or discount lines on eligible products when logged in.
From this point forward, you keep your STER deposit in the program while you enjoy ongoing discounts. You still pay for your orders using standard payment methods (card, PayPal, etc.); STER is not deducted during checkout.
Once your tier is active, your discount is applied automatically whenever you shop while logged in.
During shopping
- Log into your Sterling Design Marketplace account before browsing.
- Eligible products will reflect your STER Discount tier in their displayed price or at cart/checkout.
- No coupon codes are needed; your tier is tied to your account.
At checkout
- Your discount is applied automatically based on your active tier.
- You pay using your normal payment options (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Your STER deposit remains untouched and stays on file as long as you remain a member.
Some specialty or limited-edition items may be excluded from discounts. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
If you decide to leave the STER Discount Club, you may request that your STER deposit be returned to your personal wallet. When your deposit is returned, your discount tier is removed and your account goes back to standard marketplace pricing.
How to request a withdrawal
- Contact support using the email connected to your marketplace account.
- Confirm that you wish to exit the STER Discount Club and receive your deposit back.
- Provide the STER wallet address where you would like your deposit returned.
What happens next
- We verify your identity and your existing STER deposit record.
- Your STER Discount tier is removed from your customer account.
- Your STER deposit is returned to the wallet address you provide.
- We record the transaction and send you a confirmation once it is complete.
Withdrawal processing times and any applicable conditions (for example, a cooldown period or membership usage rules) will be clearly stated at the time of your deposit and in your confirmation email.
